Great Room with Excellent Service
nice room super easy parking helpful host
I booked the Double Room Park View. It was nicely presented and had everything I needed. The room was very clean. I had all the amenities I would have liked, I found parking to be super easy. Rachel was a super helpful, lovely host.
I found the fact that Rachel was not there to meet me, and I was not advised that she would not be there, disappointing.

spacious room lovely furniture excellent communication pleasant host
The room was spacious It also had lovely furniture like winged armchairs and a footstool. The outlook was great too with an open area of grassland and trees I found communications for check-in excellent. The host was pleasant too
I noticed Rachel was not there to greet me I did not get notice of this

rachel was absent upon my arrival. i received no prior notice about her absence. breakfast was not available.. this. i definitely expected more personal attention.

Decent stay near local amenities
good size easy parking absent host breakfast absence
The room was a GOOD size and quite modern. Parking was easy right outside the hotel. It was also a short walk to pubs and supermarkets.
The host was not there when I arrived, that was disappointing. BREAKFAST was not offered.

The room was clean and it was a good size.
I was a little disappointed Rachel was not there to meet me. There was no prior notification about her absence. The experience lacked a cute feel. It was like a typical bed and breakfast.
